Overlay always visible

I noticed that the overlay only shows if the app is actively using the microphone, it would be nice if there was an option to always show the overlay so the mute status could be always visible.

Overlay resizable

Other great feature would be to resize the overlay, so we could shrink it for it to be less distracting.
