Voicemod Desktop Feedback [Windows/Mac]

Why does Voicemod constantly check whether the default device is active? Other programs remember the settings for the default output device, but Voicemod seems to have problems with this. Would it be possible to remove this check or disable it in the settings so that Voicemod remembers the output device without constantly checking whether it is available?

I just got back home after a long trip and I k ow I’ve posted a lot of stuff, but on my PC, I’m running a ryzen 5 5600x @4.9ghz, and Voicemod has a lot of animated avatars/sound covers that don’t get animated on iPhone, so ofc I added them not knowing it would bring my cpu usage up to 50%+. It would be nice to have a toggle to disable animated avatars because it’s kind of annoying loosing performance to simple animations especially when I’m already gpu bottlenecked by my cpu… please fix Voicemod, Ik y’all care about performance

My microphone cable has a problem. And it likes to have problems every time And when I use my voicemod, my microphone disappeared because of the cable of the microphone, I had a problem when touched it. My problem is Anyone have a way to automatically connect voicemod? Because I have to press '' Open Audio Assistant '' throughout

Am I missing something or do I really have to always go to the audio settings even though my previous (bluetooth) speaker is being autoconnected to my pc. I always need to reselect the device manually and sometimes am missing that. It would help tremendesly to automatically have the selection revert back to the previous devices once they become available again. Without having to open the window in the screeny and waiting for it to reselect it then AND having to confirm that by even having to talk and go through 2 more clicks. thanks

You should've kept some of the original features such as custom mic threshold adjustments in the settings.

As a voicemod user for many years now i have long wanted one feature on voicemod which is to add the option to select the default system devices as the input and output for voicemod. I often switch inputs and outputs for reasons such as when i play vr, i have programs that automatically switch the system input/output to my vr headset, but on the other hand if i want to use voicemod for any reason such as having fun i would need to manually go into voicemod and switch it which i can forget and sometimes i may even try to use a voice changer and nobody reacts because its just my normal voice or that i am talking and noone hears because the game input is set to voicemod. It would absolutely be a useful tool to be able to do this and it would save so much time and effort across voicemod.

Completely uninstall Voicemod and its drivers.

Sometimes I want to adjust the volume of what's playing for others mid sound, quickly, without having to adjust my volume first to see when it's good enough AND THEN adjust the VM output after. I just want o be able to do that in one go, by having a toggle button that make it so both sliders move together. It also helps when trying to "fade away" the sound by using the volume slider.

Really need to have an option where i don't have to always have a mic plugged in to just changed features on the sound board... Gets rather annoying that every time i get on the app that it asks me every time to select a mic rather than worry about it later or an exit that so i can just access the interface

I am a gamer and I like to organise stuff separately on my dual monitors so, I thought that the software should have the option to switch to each corresponding screen to pop up on.
