Button to reproduce a random sound from a Soundboard/Collection

I make profiles for laughter, applause, greetings, farewells... and I don't want to choose myself, I want Voicemod to help me choose.

Folders/groups, and being able to move them around

In the soundboard menu, make a toggle in the top area (where it lets you change the icon type and stuff) that lets you be able to click and drag sounds, letting you reorder them, or if you drag one sound on top of another it’ll create a folder/group.

Seek bar for soundboard clips (like the bar in music players)

So users can skip to a particular spot in a long sound clip (ie songs/podcasts) without cutting it into shorter clips.
