I'm having the same issue, almost considering using a third party app to link to voicemod.

In addition, being able to control all the volumes from the app would improve the experience a lot.

There was an option on top on the main screen where you could toggle between controller and mobile app and it was perfect but now i have to open the app, click the three dots, then controller and then scan the code and then you can use it but you close the app just once and you need to do all that again, I have not been using the app ever since because it is annoying
