A feature that automatically turns hear myself if I change voices

It would be nice if there was a feature that if you leave it turned on, everytime we change voices to other than Clean or Voice Enhancer (or maybe we could choose other voices to be exception) it would automatically turns Hear Myself on.

I wish there was a feature that automatically returns after a few seconds of switching voices by pressing it.

I'm playing Deadlock, and in that game, when a character uses an ultimate, a brief echo is added to their voice.
