A sampling system

I would like to see a sampling system added to Voicemod. A neat way to record audio in app and add to a sound board. It would be fun to troll friends/random people online, by recording their voices and playing it back to them for laughs. Something like the Youtuber ReelDeal. Here's an example of what he does. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cSEdMAf8tQ8&t=343s It would be able to bring more content that can be created through Voicemod.

Clips
TGekko
It would be nice to have a hotkey, button, or Stream Deck option to clip the last several seconds of audio from the speakers and microphone, snip them, then add them to a specific soundboard (this feature would be disabled by default).
There are many times when I say something, or something happens in voice chat or an app, and I want to put what I just said or heard on a soundboard. Right now, to do so, I have to clip it as video using a desktop recorder, convert it to audio online, snip it using an audio application, then finally upload it to a soundboard. Pressing a hotkey or button, having a clip of some amount of audio recorded from certain audio devices appear in a new 'Clips' section, then cropping it in-app and adding it directly to a soundboard would be lovely!
In the list of ideas below, the items with a "♫" or "♪" symbol are the most important. To summarize those: When clipping recent audio, it would save a multi-track audio file -- containing recent audio from any selected devices -- that could be cropped in app, sent to a soundboard, or saved as a file to the user's downloads folder. The amount of time saved would be customizable by time, file size, or both. Saved clips could then be deleted later or played directly from the Clips tab.
The following list are ideas of features that might be nice for Clips:
♫ The amount of time it clips would be customizable.
- Perhaps 30 seconds by default?
♪ Maybe another option of a limit on file size (so you could limit your clips to a customizable KB/MB file size of audio if you want to).
♫ You could select which devices to record so you could record multiple speakers or maybe even multiple microphones.
- For instance, I send most audio to what I'll call "Speaker 1", I send Discord audio to "Speaker 2", and my voice goes through "Microphone 1". I would want to monitor and clip the audio of two speaker devices and one microphone.
♪ Clipping would then save as a multi-track audio file.
• In the clips screen, after cropping a clip and/or muting tracks:
- There would be options to [Send to Microphone], [Send to Soundboard], or [Save as].
♪ Sending to microphone (or a better name for it) would play it as if it was in a soundboard already -- in case you don't want to add the clip to a soundboard and just want to play it from the clips screen.
♪ Sending to soundboard would allow you to select a soundboard to send your clip to (or use a default on the user selected).
♪ The Save feature would allow you to save the multi-track file to your downloads (allowing for further editing with more dedicated audio editors).
If Editing in-app is a possible feature:
• In the clips screen, when selecting a captured clip:
- it might appear with a separate waveform for each selected device.
- You could mute each waveform/device individually to keep them out of the result.
- There might be two cursors you could slide from either end that, when pressing the spacebar or a play button, play the audio between those two points.
- Each cursor could also be moved minutely with the arrow keys for precision.
- Then you could either use the audio between the cursors, or push "Backspace", "Delete", or a "Cut" button to remove the currently selected audio from the selected waveforms.
- Then you could add the selected audio (between the cursors) to your soundboard (trimming any empty audio from either side if you deleted the start or end of each waveform).
