One possible solution for allowing users to access Voicemod on mobile and console is to have Voicemod built into apps such as Discord. If you had the option to sign in to your Voicemod account while in discord, then you can access all of the voice changers and sound effects within. While this would require support from discord, a popular app such as Voicemod would have some level of acknowledgment by discord for implementation.
