Ability to make voices in Voicelab that play mp3s/sounds when you speak, instead of your voice.

Saw this on another post, and I made a post about this YEARS Ago on the reddit (https://www.reddit.com/r/voicemod/comments/i5rmwt/soundboard_that_plays_random_sounds) , but it still was NEVER added. can we PLEASE get this going.

Or at the very least, a sound that plays while your speaking, like the Fire Dragon voice changer from V2 does.
