Discover has a lot of LOUD sounds that aren't tagged such. They're clearly also trolls and useless.

Here's the full idea: Server side or on upload client side, load up the waveform or somehow analyze the sound itself. If it's over a certain decibel for 30% of the length of the sound, auto tag it as loud. If it's over 70% of the length of the sound, tag it for moderation. You probably don't even want these sounds on your platform.
