Add the ability to change the microphone sensitivity through voicemod.

When you toggle the microphone exclusive mode voicemod resets the mic. sensitivity to zero and ignores the setting established on the Windows Configuration.

With the ability to change it through the Voicemod itself it would be possible I think to have the exclusive mode active and also use a higher mic sensitivity.

This is a very interesting option for people like me who have a very low microphone that needs at least +10dB sensitivity to have the voice heard and wants to reduce delay but not lose the voice detection.
