Voicemod currently takes around 15–45 seconds to launch, depending on the situation. At startup, when Voicemod and other startup applications are launching, the launch time doesn't matter much because we won't be using Voicemod immediately anyway.

However, when Voicemod is launched from application exit or from idling in the system tray, it takes an impressive amount of time (like the amount mentioned above) to launch. This is not even considering the fact that Voicemod "was still running in the background," but it takes too much time to awaken the GUI from sleep. The reason that this is unacceptable is because it's "launching from the background.". It should not take that much time for an application that is already running. Even Discord, which also uses Electron like Voicemod, doesn't take that much time to wake from the background.
