I paid for the lifetime option. The app failed to recognize my payment even though I closed the app and reopened it. I re-logged on the website several times as well.
I was feeling scammed and inches away from initiating a refund when I tried using the ellipses menu from within the app to logout instead of the website. Then when I clicked 'get started' WHILE LOGGED INTO THE WEBSITE....it then worked.
Guys it shouldn't take this much effort for the app to recognize the purchase. As soon as the purchase is made it should automatically flow through to the app with zero additional clicks or effort. This is a capital offense and its killing your business!
