Can there be a reward system for a free voice?

In my opinion, the program should have a reward system in order to get a free voice. For example, monthly, weekly and/or daily there may be missions to earn points and permanently get only one voice, either official or from the community. Honestly, the voice system is very limited for free users.

To use most of the voices you have to pay money. People that are short on money should get more than 20 voices. Or add quests to it to unlock more Voices.thank you.
