Ring Modulator
GuitarTsar
Ring modulation applies multiplication between two signals, using one signal to modulate the amplitude and polarity of the other through a process often referred to as four-quadrant multiplication (or bipolar amplitude modulation).
With this added as a Voicelab option, many more voices could be possible to recreate. It also just sounds cool.
Typically used in music production but also commonly in special effects for voices, this would give Voicemod users the ability to recreate some of their favourite voices without resorting to programs like Audacity.

Merged in a post:
a few suggestions to vastly improve voicemod
Aliens Guy 42
first of all for all the doctor who fans out there, add a ring modulator with all the settings to more easily voice daleks and cybermen, distortion could use a few more settings as well beyond the standard "mcdonalds speaker" sound. editing preset sounds is also a feature that is missing in the current version that from what i heard was present in past versions... another thing missing is the ability to stack multiples of the same settings which could enhance voices a lot and refine them further

Aliens Guy 42, Thank you for your complete feedback, but we need to split your requests into several so that they can be evaluated independently.
For the time being, while you do that, I will merge this one with another similar one.

you CAN'T mention ring modulators without mentioning THE most famous sound a ring modulator has EVER made... the voice of Doctor Who's most famous and iconic monster THE DALEKS. as a doctor who fanatic and Dalek roleplayer in VRCHAT, the addition of a ring modulator with the same settings reaper has in its ring modulator plugin would be a game changer... not to mention ring modulators are one of the simpler modulators so there's really no excuse for it to NOT be added as soon as possible

another idea is custom curve equalizers so we can edit exactly which frequencies get amplified or diminished. kinda like what the software Reaper has for its equalizers. i am a HUGE doctor who fan and i especially love the Daleks so these options along with the extra distortion options and the ring modulator would help immensely with what i am trying to accomplish as i have not been able to get it quite right with the settings available to me. the voices i am trying to do are standard time war dalek(any season after the new run started), paradigm supreme dalek(season 5 episode 3: victory of the daleks), and the dalek emperor(season 1 episode 13: the parting of the ways)

I absolutely agree, a ring modulator is the one thing I'm missing from voicemod. It's the quintessential "star wars radio" voice and can also be used to emulate the iconic sound of short-wave radios.
