Selecting a sound without playing it

So i've downloaded Voicemod v3 after using v2 for some time. When using my soundboards, i can't seem to select a sound, using right click, without having it playing. I would like to be able to play two sounds simultaneously and go back to either sound to change it's volume, without the sound stopping or restarting. It was a feature available with v2 which v3 does not seem to support.

I am posting this post to highlight the addition of an important feature as a current user of voicemod.
Managing a soundboard is based on our ability to modify the sounds completely
The v2 version of voicemod allowed you to select one or more sounds at the same time with a small check mark, allowing them to be duplicated or deleted.
The v3 version also needs this feature to allow the smooth movement and arrangement of sounds in the soundboard, but also the duplication of the same sound, which is currently impossible.

The old version of Voicemod allowed you to select a Sound on the soundboard Before playing it, Allowing users to adjust the volume, Change how its played (loop/play mode) and even change the name of the sound or its keybind (This can still be done without playing it so ignore this one),
In this newer V3 Version you are required to click on the Sound then it will instantly play before you can even change the volume or anything about it,
I wish this feature could be brought back in a future V3 Update
So I stop blasting my friends ears off each time I wish to adjust the volume on a sound
P.S
I know the preview feature exists however this only plays the sound for me and does not allow me to adjust the volume, since it only plays the noise and does not select it on the Left Side edit Section

In Voicemod V2, it was possible to right-click on a sound to select it without triggering it, in order to adjust its parameters.
In Voicemod V3, this option no longer works: left-clicking starts or mutes the sound, which prevents you from modifying a sound without activating it.
Would it be possible to reintroduce right-click selection, as in V2?

It is urgent to correct this! I lose control of the sound volume. Without sound volume control.

Previously, I could play sounds simultaneously and return to one of them (which I kept playing) to adjust the volume instantly or live, without activating it again. Now I can't!!!!!! There's no way to access it and make live adjustments! Help!!!. This is elementary for me and everyone who does plays.

I don't know if it is optional but the newest soundboard layout makes it hard to edit sounds without playing them first (Unless I'm missing something) and I'd like to inspect my sounds instead of them outright playing at same time. Adding the old UI as an alternative would be a fine solution to this, but that's just my thought.
