You can't spam the sounds like before, for example with the Goofy Car Horn, I always pressed a few on the keybind and it always started from the beginning. Now there is 1 click for the sound then 1 click to stop the sound and only then can I press again.

Found it better earlier then you could simply end the sound with the hotkey “Stop all sound”.
