Sometimes i like to share custom made songs with my friends, which i use voicemod for since its convenient, but sometimes i accidentally click another sound and then i have to replay the entire song. But i can imagine other uses for this feature as well.

I agree, some sounds are very long, and if you want to skip toward the end for one reason or another, you just can't. You have to sit there for the entire length of the audio.
