G

G completely uninstall Voicemod (deleting all info (don't worry about your content, it's all in the cloud now.) during the uninstall process) and install the latest version which you will find here: https://www.voicemod.net/en/dwl/app/
G
coke awesome ty! Works great, this is perfect!

Thanks for your feedback, G... but why would you need a keybind to swap between voices?
Wouldn't it be enough to put a keybind on the Clean voice or the Voice Enhancer voice (or whatever you want) to swap between voices?
G
coke that's exactly what I said. Swap to voice/mic or current selected voice/mod. Currently, one cannot do that.
G
coke there is no toggle between clean and the voice under it. See image here for button in reference. User has to press it manually to activate the clean mic with EQ feature. Otherwise, using existing keybind to turn off voice mod only uses a plain mic without the EQ feature and doesn't toggle this button.
G
coke Do you understand my concern here? There is no swap for this in the hot key/bindings. Leaving this feature out basically makes the clean mic EQ features useless for me. I'm not going to leave a game or window, and manually fix all that.
A simple toggle between the two would fix this issue and is probably super easy to develop for the engineering team.
G
None of these even do that, they just disable the button/entire panel as pointed in the arrows. It's very odd that you would create a clean mic that has the nice EQ and then not allow it to be used when toggling with the existing key binds. That is why a new bind is needed for the button I pointed out earlier in prev. message.
G
Clean mic offers this nice EQ setup that gets ignore when you use the existing binds. So this is also why the toggle initially mentioned in the original thread(s) is needed.

G Sorry, I don't know if you understand my point.
Why not put a keybind to the Clean Mic?
It would be the same thing, wouldn't it?
G
coke yes, one can do that, but how do I swap back to the modded voice again after without setting another bind? Why should I have to make N key binds to every voice? Why not just have a toggle between the button that I depicted earlier? The manual toggle is there. No mapping to a key bind for that makes no sense to me. This would essentially give me a toggle for Clean/Mod voice rather than setting binds to N voices all over the place to switch.
Is it that hard to add a toggle bind? I am running out of shortcuts for key binds at this point.

G Thanks, I finally got your point.
You can have a keybind for each voice, but sometimes you don't remember which voice you put the last one, so this new keybind you propose would be useful because it would go from Clean Voice to your last used voice.
G
coke Indeed! I would recommend that it mirrors the manual button action depicted (center button in images above) of clicking to swap to current selected voice between clean voice. This allows the user to keep the EQ of clean voice (nice loud good quality clean) AND allows them to go back to the mod voice easily.
