When selecting to have VM start with windows and minimized, splash screen should not pop up. Add option to turn off splash screen so that VM can launch minimized in the background.

The future version of Voicemod v3 (which still has no utility to migrate content from v2) no longer shows any splash screens when you have activated the minimized startup.
