Variables that change over time

I'd like to be able to have an effect similar to the "hurry up" voice, where the pitch value changes over time. It'd be nice to have the ability to tie a custom timer or even a loop to any value in the voicelab, so we could have the pitch change over a longer period like 30 minutes for example. It'd also be nice to have effects appear and disappear over time like echo, double pitch and more. Just another way to create more original voices in the voice lab.

I really hope a feature is added to voicelab that allows a person creating something change how the voice sounds randomly when talking. I like to think it would work like the archetype's voice. It would randomly change when a person is talking and sound different. It would also be cool to make it not so random like the voice only changing when someone gets loud, or quiet.
