Voicemod Desktop Feedback [Windows/Mac]

functionality unclear. steps missing. Don't see how to export VoiceMod clips. Want to be able to export to MP3 files

Hi Voicemod Team, First of all, I really like the new Recorder and Instant Replay feature. Being able to save the last 30 seconds is perfect for funny moments. However, there are two things that make the feature difficult to use: Audio Source Selection (Most Important) Currently, Instant Replay records all audio at once. This means it captures my game, voice chat, microphone, desktop audio, music, and everything else together. It would be great if users could choose which audio sources should be recorded, for example: Game audio only Voice chat only Microphone only Or any combination of these This would make the clips much cleaner and more useful. Hotkey / Stream Deck Support It would also be great to have: A configurable hotkey to save the last 30 seconds. Stream Deck integration, so the Instant Replay button can be triggered directly from a Stream Deck button. I think these additions would make the Recorder much more useful for gamers and streamers. This is how I envision it as shown in the attachment. Thank you for your great work!

After recording an audio clip, there’s currently no option to download it, so I have to use other programs. It would be really helpful if you could add a simple download feature. Thanks!

A bindable hotkey for the recorder beta feature to record from desktop audio and mic.

I mean why 45 second i think 1 minute is perfect for everybody if that's possible of course. It's just that most things get cut off so early and with 1 minute we could fit alot of content inside and that's all

In my opinion they should allowed screen recording audio just if someone can’t find the soundboard that they want.

Make it possible to select default source of either VM Mic or Desktop Audio or both but once selected it once it remembers your selection

Please Please PLEASE make it so I can customize how far back Instant Replay records. There is already a 30 second playback, but add a customizable option to record between 5-30 seconds of instant replay audio. And can you make it so that there is a key bind that instantly replays what was recorded? It’s for content creation and would be very much appreciated.

When about to save the recording the feature to toggle Voicemod Mic or Desktop is great but when the audio balance is bad between the sources we're missing a volume slider to adjust the balance of both sounds. In my case the audio level for the desktop is too low to be usable in my soundboard. (Even though my system sound level is 100%) I would recommend being able to adjust the volume UP and DOWN for each recorder channel (Voice and Desktop) before saving the sound. Alternatively, adjust the volume before recording, so you can balance the levels before hand. If not wanting to use DBs scaling, then allow the user to set sound levels over 100% percent.

With the Recorder feature, it would be nice to have either a third channel for "Misc" that can be used to separate game voice chat instead of just "desktop" and "voice". This would allow being able to pull a specific channel instead of "all"
