The old Voicemod Controller Actions in Voicemod Soundboard

There should be an option where we can find community sound board from the voicemod app in mobile rather than alt tabing and searching it on software that make easy to use soundboard. And old overlay for voicemod app was good because we were able to set additional buttons like mute/unmute to it.

I'm not sure what you mean.
In Voicemod Soundboard it is easy to search for Community sounds directly on the mobile.
Indeed, you can use it without connecting to Voicemod Desktop.
As for your other request, although it is already being worked on, I'm going to make it the main one.
