Importing sound boards and their bindings to v3 from v2

My brother in Christ....what the fuck is even the point of having an import tool, THAT ONLY IMPORTS THE SOUNDS WITHOUT THE SPECIFIC BOARDS?????
It says "As with v2 backups, the Voicemod sounds you had in your custom soundboards are not exported. They will appear as import errors in the error list." BROTHER. THEN WHY THE FUCK WOULD I EVER MIGRATE??????

I dont even have enough keybinds to assign to my sounds after migrating because they changed the hotkey system for some reason
